Classroom management is the hardest part of teaching. And the part you're taught the least.
Then you get blamed for your class 'not being in control'... okay cool.
You're not struggling with classroom management and behaviour because...
...you're soft, weak or 'too kind'.
...you're just crap at classroom management.
...you're not cut out for the job.
...you're not engaging enough, strict enough, cool enough... or any of the other 'enoughs'.
Classroom management is a skill like any other. It can be learned, practised and built. If you're struggling, you just haven't been shown how. Yet.

Real teachers. Real classrooms. Real change.
"It gave me a starting point when I genuinely didn't know where to begin."
I've been teaching for over 30 years, but last year I walked into a class at another school and felt completely invisible. I went home that afternoon and cried.
These students had already had four different teachers. I went into Claire's SEL and Wellbeing resources, found the Setting Expectations module and built four activities from it. By the fourth, I had every student ready to listen and participate.
Did it magically fix everything? Of course not! But it helped me start building the relationships these students desperately needed. There is so much more to The Behaviour Club than behaviour management.
"it's like night and day"
Markus, history teacher in Sweden
"It's changing my teaching life and my life life."
Before joining The Behaviour Club, I was seriously considering leaving teaching. I've been doing this for 14 years, and what I was doing wasn't working. Claire's support has transformed how I show up in the classroom. I'm finally connecting with students in a way that feels calm, professional, and actually works.

"I am 100% a better and more confident teacher."
I'm a middle school maths teacher in my 9th year. Through the Low-Level Behaviour Bootcamp and the other trainings, I learned how to have a more credible presence so students listen, how to avoid power struggles, and how to have conversations that keep my relationships with students while helping them actually change their behaviour.
"Claire always makes me feel seen and cared for as a teacher."
I joined as a new teacher in a tough school I was struggling to navigate. Claire has given me personalised advice for specific situations I've dealt with. I use the entry doors as a class routine, and it's really helped me feel more organised and confident at the start of each lesson.

Ready to Kickstart your Classroom Management?

A welcome email from me
As soon as you join, you'll get an email from me welcoming you into the club, with all the details you need to get started.
Do the Kickstart
I've created five 10-minute sessions, each designed to give you a quick win you can use straight away, so you see immediate results in your classroom management.
(you'll see the five sessions below!)
Know exactly where to go next
There's a lot inside the club, and it can feel overwhelming. The Kickstart shows you where to go next and where you'll be best supported, so you never have to figure it out alone.

"Hmm… is this for me?"
The Behaviour Club is for you if…
You teach upper primary through to secondary
Low-level disruption is draining the energy you need for everything else, and you're just not sure what to do about it.
You're a kind, compassionate teacher, and you want strategies that help you balance that with high expectations.
You want to build a strong teacher presence, without having to be mean or shouty to get it.
You want strategies that really work, and to know why they work, so you can adapt them to any class you're given.
You're ready to learn things, try things, tweak things, and get excited about building your skills month on month.
You're self-motivated enough to jump in, ask questions and do the trainings when you need them.
With love, it might not be for you if…
You want students to simply comply with everything you say, no questions asked.
You're looking for something that will “fix” your class. Behaviour will always happen. It's what we do with it that matters.
You're planning to download everything and leave. The resources are great, but on their own they won't create change in your classroom. That comes from doing the work.
You're not open to reflecting on your own practice. Some of what you'll learn will ask you to look at what you're doing and see there's a better way. And honestly? That's the best thing that can happen.
You'd rather vent about behaviour than try something new. I love a good vent (it's healthy!), but we don't dwell there. We work out what to do next.
(and that's okay! it's just not the right fit right now)
If you're a fit, welcome home.“A safe space to ask about things I “ought to already know by now”… without judgment.”
— Dolores

This is the last time the club will look like this.
When I opened The Behaviour Club over two years ago, it had five resources and one training inside. It was $24 a month.
Since then, it's grown into two years of monthly trainings, the Behaviour Vault, a Resource Library with hundreds of resources, an app, and a community of over 500 teachers.
The price hasn't changed once.
So when doors reopen in 2027, two things are changing:
Just a heads-up: doors won't open again until 2027, so this is your last chance to join at this price with this flexibility.
So if you'd like to become a Behaviour Clubber, I would love to welcome you in.

What it's actually like being a Behaviour Clubber
Imagine for a second it's the last period of the day…
And oh boy, has it been a DAY. Full moon, wind, playground politics, the lot. And there you are, about to walk into that Year 7 class. 😩
Except this time, you're walking in as a Behaviour Clubber.
Your entry routine is ready. Starter up, agenda slide on, timer ticking, and students know exactly what to do when they come in. Without you saying a dang word.
Mid-explanation, a side chat kicks off and starts spreading like a wildfire. Old you would have stopped, raised your voice and pulled out old faithful: “It's not my time you're wasting.” 😂 This time, you use the non-verbal roadmap from the Low-Level Behaviour training. The chatter stops. You keep moving.
Only a few hands go up in the discussion? You pop up a prompt from the Engagement Toolbox and get every single student contributing.
Five minutes to the bell, an Exit Doors task has them quiet, pen to paper, and your Calm Exit slide gets them out table by table.
The class leaves. You sit down. Still a little wrecked (let's be honest), but thinking… okay, that went way better than it could have been.
That's what being a Behaviour Clubber feels like.
and don't forget, I'm always there to celebrate your wins, no matter how big or small (along with the other Behaviour Clubbers!)Tried the non-verbal roadmap with my Year 7s last period. The side chat actually stopped!! 🙌

Hi, teacher friend, I'm Claire.
I'm a secondary English teacher, school leader, author and podcaster. But 15 years ago? I was a first-year teacher standing in the chaos of a tough Year 8 class, feeling hopeless and seriously questioning my life choices.
I wasn't some classroom-management pro with the X factor. I envied the colleagues who just seemed to get it. So I got obsessed with figuring it out (undiagnosed-ADHD-hyperfixation kind of obsessed). I learned, tried things, got things wrong, and tried again.
That first-year version of me is why The Behaviour Club exists. I built what baby teacher Claire desperately needed, so you don't have to struggle alone the way I did.
And real-life me? Toddler mumma, true-crime buff, ocean lover and potato fiend. I'm more than a teacher, and so are you. That's why everything in here starts with self-compassion.
This work is tough.
But together?
